Refund Policy
1. Subscription Services (Monthly or Annual)
All subscription payments for Simerson AI software, AI agents, automation tools, and platform access are non-refundable.
Once a billing cycle begins, the customer is responsible for the full payment for that cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Custom Development, Integrations & Implementation Fees
All custom development, setup fees, integration work, and implementation services are non-refundable due to the labor, configuration, and infrastructure investment required.
This includes (but is not limited to):
AI agent builds
Workflow mapping
EHR/RCM/API integrations
Telecom setup (SMS, voice, fax)
Onboarding & training sessions
Work begins immediately upon contract approval, so these fees are not eligible for refunds.
3. One-Time Purchases
(Templates, Playbooks, Digital Products)
Due to the immediate access delivered upon purchase, all one-time digital products or downloadable tools are non-refundable.
4. Service Guarantees & Performance
Simerson AI does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, insurance results, clinical decisions, reimbursement success, or operational metrics. Our AI agents provide support and
automation—not legal, clinical, or financial advice.
Refunds are not provided for:
Performance variance
User error
Delays caused by third-party systems
Payer changes or regulatory updates
Operational or internal workflow limitations
5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days. Verified billing errors are refunded promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Access continues through the remainder of the paid billing period, after which no further charges occur. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
